So have you ever wondered what the term 'visual parallax' means? I only found out recently.

It's a term that describes seeing something from a different perspective. Say you've got a driver and a passenger in the front seat of a car. From the driver's perspective, they can see the speedometer straight on and can see they're doing 60. The passenger, however, has a slightly different angle/view and thinks the driver is doing 70. The name for this phenomenon is visual parallax.

Ever since I heard the term I thought it would be a cool name for a second blog. Perhaps about my experiences with diabetes or something. So basically two blogs about me but with one the focus is shifted slightly.

For the moment though, I'm just going to use this to test out templates etc. So you may actually see bits and pieces that actually refer to my other blog - Musings on an ordinary life... I suppose you could say that's another example of visual parallax. heh

Can you tell I'm just prattling on here? Pretty much filling in space to make it look a bit more like a blog. hehe
